I registered with this polyclinic for my pregnancy and was pleased.
Liked
The midwives Roza and Raikhan are very pleasant, they explained everything to me in detail and always answered my questions. Everything was delicate and polite.
Disliked
I'm giving 4 stars because the number of benches in the corridors hasn't been thought through — many pregnant women had to stand in the queue for a long time. And yet our people don't know how to enter by appointment, it's still a live queue.

I had to see a doctor during the quarantine period, and I was surprised that now there is a live queue instead of an appointment, as it used to be.
Disliked
Everything has turned upside down: precisely when crowds should be avoided, everyone is gathered in one place. Now it's frightening to go to the doctor and you have to sit in the queue for hours.

I transferred to this polyclinic from the Aynabulak microdistrict, and the difference is noticeable.
Liked
The polyclinic is excellent, the management responds quickly to patients' requests and complaints.
Disliked
There is no dermatologist, because of this I constantly have to travel to the skin and venereal disease dispensary.
