The appointment took place with the doctor Bayymbetova Aizhan Abibullaevna and the nurse Rakovskikh Tatyana in the pregnancy planning department. I was helped in time: after two medical abortions I was fully consulted and had an IUD fitted.

I am very grateful to the doctor and the nurse. Thanks to them I preserved my health and feel very well. Thank you to them for their friendly attitude towards me.

I had to deal with mass vaccination, and everything was well organised.
Liked
I have no complaints about the medical staff, the organisation of the mass vaccination was good.
Disliked
But the disorder, as it turned out, is created by people themselves: they have eternal complaints, they do not want to keep their distance and stand rooted to the spot in the doorway at the physician's office.

I went to see my local doctor, but it turned out that she had quit a week earlier, although an appointment with her was still made for me. The nurse referred me to another specialist who supposedly sees patients instead of her, but he has his own queue.

I was pleased that the head doctor did not start being rude straight away, but made concessions — thank you for that, I was taken to see an available specialist.
Disliked
The level of medical services leaves much to be desired, free medicine works on the principle of “put a plantain on it, it should heal”. Waiting in a queue is not an option for a working person. And the appointment system needs to be sorted out: if it is known that the doctor has not been working for a week, why make an appointment with her.

I went to the polyclinic, and overall I like it, the prices there are acceptable. But in the paid department I was seen by a gynaecologist — I do not know her name, a Russian woman with a short haircut. My mother also saw her with a serious gynaecological diagnosis.

This gynaecologist refuses to treat with traditional methods. When my mother had a serious gynaecological diagnosis, she prescribed various herbal tinctures in alcohol and sent her to buy them at the green bazaar from certain people, apparently her acquaintances. These 'medicines' have a huge list of side effects — headaches, nausea and so on. After six months of treatment, the situation worsened, her condition deteriorated sharply, and now my mother is undergoing expensive treatment and has been forced to have surgery. I would not advise anyone to go to this gynaecologist. To me, a young girl without serious problems, she also actively promoted such treatment and in the end said that she would not treat me with any medicines, which is why I had to go to another doctor.
