The appointment was with an ophthalmologist, and there I encountered a male nurse, Amangeldi Nurbol. During the visit I was sent from one office to another, because the ophthalmologists themselves do not know which of them issues certificates. Besides, after the appointment I found out that the staff had been discussing me in front of other patients.
Disliked
The male nurse at the ophthalmologist Amangeldi Nurbol is very rude and inattentive: he literally sends people away, pushes patients aside without even looking into things, doesn't know how to talk, and on top of that walks around like the head doctor, without a badge. The ophthalmologists don't know which of them issues certificates and send you from office to office. If you're making changes, brief your staff. And that male nurse deserves a SEVERE REPRIMAND! And teach them ethics and etiquette! Plus, after all that, I find out that the staff discuss me in front of patients. And so that there's no such reaction if I didn't swear. How shameless you are, and who even swore at you? Simply awful! Administration of the medical facility, what kind of circus is this? Take action! I'm speechless.
