I booked an appointment for 9:30, but the polyclinic sees patients on a walk-in basis, and the appointment time does not affect anything.

The level of the staff is terrible. If you go here, you'd better take a whole day off right away, because it doesn't matter when you are booked — pregnant women and the elderly are still let through first, and there are loads of them here, even though I myself came to this polyclinic for the first time in 5 years. I suppose in future I'd rather go to private clinics than to this home of pregnant women and the elderly.

I went to the doctor about my teeth; I used to have them treated in the city, but this time I had it done here.

I'm simply delighted, I don't even know how to describe it! The prices are very pleasing: it used to come to about 30 thousand, and now just 10. The doctor Eldar is very pleasant — he jokes, he's supportive, he knows how to listen and he hears me. A huge thank you to him!

She turned out to be a very friendly, kind-hearted, competent and responsive girl. I am very grateful to her, she helped me a great deal. I wish there were more such members of staff — then people in polyclinics would be less nervous and would argue less.

I am a mother of many children, and I am seen by nurse Balzhan Kyrmanovna, who works in the children's department of polyclinic No. 27 in the Nauryzbai district of Almaty. When my little one was ill and I couldn't leave the house, she would come looking for us herself and ask how we were doing. When it's time for vaccinations, she always gets in touch and calls us in.

I would like to say a big thank you to Balzhan apa. She is a person who understands the soul, a professional in her field, down-to-earth, and every time you come she greets you with a smile. I wish there were more nurses like Balzhan Kyrmanovna. I wish you success in your work, stay well.

I take my children to this polyclinic, and paediatrics here is the only thing that's decent. Almost none of the old doctors are left, the doctors are constantly changing.

I want to thank our paediatrician Aziza Almatovna. She is always courteous, she has been looking after my children since birth, the children like her, she finds her own approach to each child, she prescribes treatment competently, she never refuses to examine a child and she answers my calls around the clock. Thank you!

I was given a referral for tests, I had them done, and then I wanted to get the results from the nurse, because the doctor constantly has a lot of patients.

At polyclinic No. 27 everything works very badly: I'm told to collect my test results at hospital No. 7, even though I need the tests for IVF. No one wants to deal with it, everyone pleads being busy, they can't issue a single piece of paper. I suggest creating a programme so that we could view everything ourselves and print out the results. There are also constantly not enough appointment slips to get in to see a doctor. Why did they even come up with the OSMS then.

On 10 July 2020 I went to the polyclinic for a fluorography, but they said the machine wasn't working and sent me to the filter. The doctor there prescribed a lot of medicines without any tests, and I had to figure out myself which ones to take. Today, 16.07.2020, I went to the polyclinic again, and again they sent me to the filter. The doctor there shouted at me, asking why I hadn't taken the antibiotics she had given me. The fluorography machine still isn't working. I asked for a referral to have a fluorography done elsewhere, but they say we don't have an agreement.

The machine doesn't work, they prescribe medicines without any tests, they shout, they don't give a referral elsewhere. What kind of help is being provided to people? There should be just one way. If it hasn't worked for a year, where are people supposed to go?
