I could not get through to the polyclinic at all, but the paid department answers immediately. Because of this I had to go to the paid department three times.
Disliked
It is impossible to get through to the polyclinic, but the paid numbers are answered instantly. It seems the polyclinic numbers deliberately do not answer so that patients go to the paid department. This should be complained about to the Ministry of Health.

My appointment at the polyclinic was arranged through the call centre, but it is impossible to get through to them.
Disliked
At the polyclinic itself they say that appointments are only made through the call centre, but the phone numbers do not work. Please provide working numbers. If the situation does not change, I will be forced to complain to the Ministry of Health about the compulsory social health insurance.

I called the place called Gall Centre, and I was given 2 numbers. The first number is switched off, the second is constantly engaged, and when it is switched off there is a ring tone but nobody answers. To get through once you have to dial 1045 times. I have been sitting here since 9 in the morning and still cannot get through. They do not accept anyone without an appointment.

You can only book an appointment with a doctor through the call centre; there is no other way to get an appointment.
Disliked
They don't answer at the call centre at all: they either reject the call or simply hang up. All they need to do is book the patient, but time passes and we can't get an appointment with the doctor.
