I called to book an appointment. The first time a girl answered, asked me to dictate my IIN — I dictated it, and she said I had the wrong place, after which she hung up. I called again, dictated my IIN again and said I wanted to book an appointment with a doctor, but the call was cut off. I called once more — another girl answered, I asked her to call the first one, and she started talking to me in a raised voice.

I did not like that the first time I was told I had the wrong place and they hung up, the second time the call was cut off, and when I asked to call that girl, they started talking to me in a raised voice. This is rude behaviour.

I had the second stage of vaccination at polyclinic No. 7 in the city of Almaty, the student one. The first stage was done for us at work on 15 May — medics from polyclinic No. 12 came.
Liked
The polyclinic is clean, orderly, and the medical staff are especially attentive. All the stages — from filling out the questionnaire to resting after the vaccine — are strictly supervised by the medics. I would especially like to mention the nurse of treatment room No. 310, Sandugash: she has a very light hand, after the injection I worked all day and felt no discomfort. The first stage at work also went quickly, professionally and carefully. Thank you to the dear people in white coats for their work and patience!

I went into DamuMed today and saw that I had accumulated 10 new notifications. It turned out that since 31 May I had supposedly been attending appointments with an obstetrician-gynaecologist, a dermatovenereologist, a family doctor, a psychologist and a social worker, although in fact I am currently in Aktau. The last referral is dated 9 June.

I had an appointment with an ophthalmologist, but I was not given a referral for chalazion removal. The doctor told me to go to a private clinic. I also accidentally found out that I had called an ambulance twice at the address Aiteke bi, although I have never in my life called an ambulance and never lived at that address. I was told that I had a fever.
Disliked
The ophthalmologist did not give a referral for chalazion removal and sent me to a paid one. If I have no money for treatment, who will be responsible for the consequences? I don't understand why we pay OSMS and taxes every month if everything in this country is paid. I also accidentally found out that I had called an ambulance twice at the Aiteke bi address, although I have never called an ambulance and never lived there. What, was my double being treated?
