I gave birth at this maternity hospital twice, with a year between the children. Both the first and the second time everything went without complications. I hadn't arranged anything with anyone in advance, I have no acquaintances there, and the second time I didn't even know I would be brought here specifically.

Everything was excellent: the doctors and midwives are experienced, the birth went well, the baby is looked after properly. I would especially like to thank the doctor Elvira Serikovna, the midwife Svetlana Yuryevna and Aisulu Aitbayevna. Thank you for an easy birth and good care.

I gave birth at this maternity hospital twice, at my place of residence, both times on my own. The first time was in 2020, the second this year in June. The second time I arrived already fully dilated. I was lucky: on the night of 4 June there were few women in labour, and the obstetricians were almost free. I was examined by the chief doctor, a man, I didn't remember his full name. The birth was delivered by the midwife Raushan, assisted by another midwife and a nurse's aide.

There was attention from all sides. When I had no strength left to push, they supported me in such a crucial moment. I am grateful to that wonderful shift and wish them good health and well-being.

I want to thank the obstetrician-gynaecologists Svetlana Yuryevna and Elvira Serikovna from the bottom of my heart — true masters of their craft! And a huge thank you to the nurse's aide Aisulu Aitpayevna, who looked after me like her own daughter! I wish you prosperity! Overall the maternity hospital is very good, the staff are polite.

I came for a paid ultrasound, and I'm not pregnant. Fifteen people went in before me by appointment time, and when I asked when I would go in, I was told to sit and wait, they would call me. Forty minutes later a few more people arrived after me. I went up and asked when I would be seen, and was told I would have to wait… or go to another doctor. Everyone has screenings, I explain that I'm not pregnant, I came as a paying patient. At the reception desk I was told that there are 15 rooms and queues everywhere, and they said I would be seen. In the end I went in after people who arrived later than me. Room 2A.

I was upset that I was ignored at a paid appointment: I waited although I came on time, and those who arrived after me went in earlier. I don't understand what the point of paid services is if they only see people by ticket and time.

I gave birth at the end of July at maternity hospital No. 4, although initially I planned to give birth for a fee and far from home, but the reviews about maternity hospital No. 4 changed my mind. The ward was for two people, with air conditioning, a bidet, a TV (though I had no time for it) and a fridge.

I am incredibly grateful to the doctor Veronika Vladimirovna — she is very attentive and responsible. I am very glad that I decided to give birth at this maternity hospital, and I was very pleased with everything.

To those who complain about the attitude and about giving birth almost in the corridor, I advise you to call the support service (Ministry of Health) and explain the situation. If you continue to put up with such an attitude, it means everything suits you. The head doctor at the polyclinic did not want to register me for pregnancy at my place of residence, but after one call the attitude became ideal! But that is a completely different story.

I came for an ultrasound, the sonographer Ospanova Dinara Bugenbayeva saw me. It was the second screening.
Disliked
I will never set foot there again. I read the negative reviews and became convinced they were true. They did not tell me anything clearly, they did everything very quickly, even though at the second screening they were supposed to explain everything in detail and check how the baby was developing. On top of that, she is rude. The nurse sitting next to her is beyond words — she does not know how to behave, she mocks patients. She introduced herself as Yskakova Bulbul, and she treated me even worse, rudely. I asked them to write the baby's sex on a piece of paper, and they gave me a folded blank piece of paper — are they making clowns of themselves? The photos of the baby that they gave me — you cannot make anything out in them, they could not even print them properly.
