I booked an ultrasound for a specific time, the procedure takes 10, at most 15 minutes, I arrived and waited another hour to enter the room. Even before me there was a woman with an appointment half an hour earlier than mine, she also waited more than an hour and went in 20 minutes before me.

The work of the reception and the distribution of patients are depressing. I don't understand why booking exists at all if you have to wait for who knows how long. I can sit in a queue at a state polyclinic too, if I have nothing else to do. Patients have other obligations besides waiting for an unknown amount of time. For example, my phone was blown up with messages from work while I was waiting. I am extremely indignant.

I had an ultrasound, and it was performed incorrectly. During the examination everything was already visible, but the sonographer said that everything was normal, although I myself noticed the abnormalities without any effort.

Because of a severe headache I went to the nearest clinic, and there they quickly gave me first aid: they did everything necessary, I rested, and when my condition improved, I was able to go on with my business.

I had rhinoplasty with Doctor Zhasulan. The appointment went well, the bandage was neat and did not get in the way.
