I happened to deal with the operators when I wanted to leave a request or somehow contact the management. I wanted to find out about a home visit — whether it can be done outside the city, and if not, for this to be brought to attention.
Disliked
The operators are simply terrible: to my question about whether I could leave a request or somehow contact the management through it, I was told “I don't know anything, I just sit here and that's all”, and then they just stayed silent until I hung up — about 2 minutes.

The medical centre is very clean and cosy. The male nurse places the drip excellently — over five days there was never a problem with finding the vein. I recommend it to everyone.
