I had to go to this hospital when my condition was really bad.
Disliked
In the end I only regretted it: the doctor will definitely go on holiday, and they won't issue me a referral to another hospital — I'll have to go to a paid one. And the physician may even surprise you and say to wait until the ENT returns.

I needed a simple certificate from a dentist. At another normal dental clinic they took a 3D scan and gave me a disc, but here they demand a printout — and it's unclear why it's even needed.
Disliked
The staff and doctors are incompetent, the working methods are primitive. It is impossible to get through to them — they won't pick up the phone anyway, so there's no point calling them.

The number listed first, which is a landline, actually belongs to a private individual. I got through, and this person started shouting that he had been terrorised for three months already, and demanded that the polyclinic staff tear themselves a new one. He was very wound up.

I called to find out the phone number of Asyl Arman polyclinic, because it is listed incorrectly in 2GIS.

I encountered rudeness from the reception: the girl said she couldn't talk for more than 2 minutes. If you monitor the average call time, don't forget about quality! In the end she didn't say goodbye and hung up. I am not her "Tata", I introduced myself to the employee.

I am registered at a district in Kaskelen. I caught COVID, the doctor promised to come, but we waited 3 days, and she never came. No one calls, writes or shows up.
Disliked
It is impossible to get through to the reception. The nurse is an uncouth rude woman, though what else can you expect from Kaskelen. I called her to ask whether the doctor was working, and she rudely snapped at me: "I have no time, don't bother me" — and hung up. What kind of attitude is that? The doctor promised to come, we waited 3 days, but she never came. They don't call, don't write, don't show up, but when it comes to asking for insurance money — they'll find you right away, call and write. Zero service?
