We arrived at the clinic at 8 in the morning with two small children, but it was closed. We called — they said they would be there in 5 minutes, they were on their way. 5 minutes passed, we called again — another 5 minutes, and still no one came. Then we went to another branch on Baizakova. There a sleepy myrkynbayka who could barely speak Russian came out and said she would start working in 10 minutes. We turned around and went to Invivo.

The service needs to be improved. The rooms should be quartzed, and the staff should be at work in advance!
