I am a mother of many children, my name is Nazym. I brought my children to the laboratory to have tests done. There the children were treated very attentively and warmly: they were not rushed, they talked to them, distracted them, showed sympathy, and did not just give them a sweet. For bravery they even give a certificate — I have never seen that anywhere. Everything was precise, on time and sterile, and for the children also safe.

I really liked how the laboratory treats children: each child gets a special approach, tests are taken patiently, they distract without pressure, with sympathy. And for bravery they give a certificate — I have never seen that anywhere. It is pleasant for both parents and children. Special thanks to Arai: she is a wonderful person, she will listen, give advice and do everything taking all wishes into account. Here everything is precise, on time and sterile, and for the little ones also safe.

You rarely come across kind and honest treatment. The girls here are great. The nurse Diana, who took the tests, is modest and attentive — it did not hurt, very comfortable. The administrator Arai is very pleasant. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend them, these are true professionals. The girls are friendly and very pleasant. They got into the vein on the first try — for my veins this is a first, usually they prick all over my arms, but here everything was quick, precise and without problems. Huge thanks to the staff.

I urgently needed a PCR test, and I went around the whole district — no one was accepting. I accidentally walked into this laboratory.

Inside it is clean and cosy, the nurses are friendly, they took me quickly and did everything to a high standard. They also do PCR in three languages here for departure — it is the first time I have come across this, specifically at this laboratory. The service is excellent.

This is not the first time I have gone to this centre to have tests done. My son is allergic, we constantly undergo examinations, and the doctor requires tests every month to check how effective the medications being taken are.
