I ordered laboratory tests with a home visit for the first time, and the member of staff who came took my PCR test carefully, and the result was ready within 4 hours. Today I came to the laboratory in Orbita myself — there they also took it carefully, and the result came in less than 10 hours.

I came to the laboratory to have a test done, but it turned out that the test I needed is not done here.

The laboratory is excellent: everything was quick, efficient and polite, they even treated us to sweets. Everything was politely explained to me and my money was refunded very quickly, and I did not even have to go anywhere. Thank you!

We ordered a corporate package, and at this laboratory they mixed up the names and tests, and we then had to wait for the PCR results several times until they were delivered by courier. I spoke to a certain Arailym, apparently she is the owner of the business.
Disliked
The work is appalling, I do not recommend this laboratory, it is better to go to large laboratories that have stood the test of time. Because of their mix-up with names and tests and delays in delivering PCR results, I later had big problems with participants who were flying out to the event. Arailym either did not answer calls and did not give the number of an employee who could replace her, or ignored my requests for a long time. Very unprofessional!

I need to monitor my hormone levels regularly. I came to this laboratory for the first time on my doctor's advice, compared the cost with other laboratories, and here it comes out cheaper than at the others.
