The appointment took place in a laboratory; my 4-year-old child's blood was taken from a vein with a syringe.

I really liked the laboratory: the staff are polite, and the woman who took the blood from the child was very careful, friendly and calm. Nobody shouts at children, and after the syringe there wasn't even a bruise left. Thank you!
Disliked
But at the polyclinic they used a butterfly, and the spot was blue for 4 days.

Today at about 8:15 I had tests done at this branch.

The prices here are reasonable, and clients are treated excellently. I would especially like to mention the laboratory assistant — unfortunately, I didn't remember her name — and her tender attitude towards people. When they took blood, my vision went dark, this happens to me every time, and the laboratory assistant brought me round, gave me water and tea, and treated me to something sweet. She didn't let me go until she was sure that I felt completely well.

The appointment took place in a real laboratory, where there is a reception with a consultant and a separate nurse. Blood from a vein was taken from my 3-year-old little one.

Today, 5 April, my daughter, who is 4 years old, and I had a blood test for allergens — the referral was given by the dentist. The nurse got into the vein on the first attempt, the child cried a little. Blood was taken with a needle, 5 cubes were drawn with a syringe.
