I took a PCR test, the result came by email the same day: I took it before 12.00, received it after 18.00.

The price for a PCR test is 3500 tenge, whereas in other medical centres it's from 7000 tenge. The speed pleased me. I recommend it.

Recently I had an allergy test for lidocaine. I arrived at about 11 o'clock, there was a queue, but it moved quickly. Mostly there were families with children, probably because of that a small queue forms. The tests were taken quickly and they said the results would be ready the next day.

It was much cheaper here than in other clinics, so I had it done here. Although there was a queue, it moved quickly. The tests were taken promptly, and instead of the next day the results were ready in just 6 hours — that's great. Or maybe I was just lucky.

I called in advance, checked the cost of the tests and the address. I was only given Gabdullina. When I arrived, it turned out that there were several branches, and one of them was closer to home than the one I ended up at. Although I asked for addresses, the only answer I got was Gabdullina. They also didn't tell me that the tests are only valid for one month. The main thing is that you come. And it's very strange that it's specifically the paediatric dentistry on Gogol that refers you only to this laboratory, they even have a piece of paper that doctors give to patients.

We arrived before 10, there were a lot of people, but the queue moved very quickly. The blood was taken painlessly, they spoke gently to the child, although she was crying on the chair from fear. The results were ready the very next day.

I called the centre, and very kind and helpful girls answered the phone. They have just helped find the results from last year, which we were unable to open last year. They searched for a long time but did not give up. I thought they would enter the data a couple of times, and if the surname was not found, they would say there were no results. But they did a great job: they tried searching in different ways and in the end found them and sent them via WA. I remember that the child last year did not even whimper when blood was taken from a vein.
