I booked an appointment with Olga Aleksandrovna, but after reading the reviews I cancelled my appointment. I called and said that I was cancelling the appointment, I wanted to ask whether I could see someone else.

In autumn I went to the clinic, even though it is not my profile — seasonal allergies left me no choice. The clinic turned out to be the closest to home, and in the evening after work that was very convenient. Olga Aleksandrovna did not refuse, although she was surprised, and even provided her own office. We came with my little sister, and we ended up in different shifts.

A huge thank you to Olga Aleksandrovna: she personally reviewed all the prescriptions and even prescribed vitamins. The staff are polite. We paid the same as everywhere else — for the drips. My little sister and I broadened our horizons, after all there is a certain specificity. If you don't refuse, we'll come to you again in spring.

Last December we brought our uncle from another city. Because of many months of heavy drinking, the hospital we had an arrangement with was afraid to admit him — now I understand them too, but back then we were in despair, we argued, we cried. Olga Aleksandrovna apparently took pity on our Apashka, who brought the uncle herself, in a human way, and not just as a doctor. In the end she pulled him through. And that was despite our shared nerves, despite the fact that we called every hour and came as a whole delegation. At some point she said outright: either trust me, or I won't be able to help you, take him and treat him yourselves. At the time it sounded harsh, but now I clearly understand that everything was right.
