I was very nervous about going to the appointment with my child alone, without my husband, because he was at work. We arrived by taxi, and the little one fell asleep on the way. At the entrance we were met, they immediately helped us take off our outer clothes, and the sleeping child was moved to a perinatal table. When he woke up, he played in a special corner and watched a cartoon — the television is right there inside. The paediatrician listened to everything, carried out the examination and explained everything competently. According to the prescription, I needed to go to the pharmacy, and with a child in winter after the examination that is not easy, I think mums will understand me. The girl at the reception offered to look after the child, but, seeing how worried I was, she herself went to the pharmacy and brought everything necessary with the receipt and the change. We also had our tests done there, and the nurse gave various toys, danced and sang to distract my child and to keep him from crying a lot.

We went to your paid clinic with a 4-month-old baby, and on every visit he caught a viral infection. Over the last 2 months the children's clinic has constantly had many sick adults, no distancing at all, there is no separation into children's and adults' areas.
Disliked
We are very dissatisfied: with the expensive paid services, medical services should be provided properly. We wanted to find out whether sanitary treatment is carried out in your paid clinic. Since monthly visits to the paediatrician are still mandatory for a child under 1 year old, it is necessary to ensure that our child is visited by a paediatrician at home within the framework of the paid contract.

I got through straight away, and I liked that the visit did not drag on — the doctor arrived within the appointed time slot. The doctor Rudskikh T.A. quickly carried out an examination and prescribed treatment, offered alternatives when choosing medications and stayed in touch with us until the child's condition improved.
