I want to thank the nurse who took my blood.

She is a true master of her craft. I have had blood taken many times, and every time I am amazed — she is the right person in the right place! I do not know how she does it, but it does not hurt at all and no bruises are left. I simply admire her, I wish there were more professionals like her!

The appointment went well, the service is top-notch, but my child had blood taken at 3 months, and apparently there wasn't enough of it for the test, so they are asking to have it done again.

Everything is great, I liked the service, the attitude is kind.
Disliked
When an infant is ill, going to have blood taken is a lot of stress. I believe that norms and standards should be observed so that such cases do not happen. After all, the test itself is what matters most, despite the kind attitude.

Before that, I went to another clinic, and the service there was terrible. On a friend's advice, I came here. We were received well, my daughter and I had tests done, and the nurse — a very professional member of staff — took the tests painlessly.
