I came for an appointment, and from the very beginning everything went well: the tests were ready on time.

The staff are very polite and professional. Everything was explained to me in detail, down to the smallest point. The nurse talked me through her every action and worked quickly and competently. Such service pleasantly surprised me.

I came here for the first time, and while waiting in the queue my small child was given an injection.

I want to say a big thank you to Nargiza for her professionalism. She is very polite, pleasant and a true professional. I was struck by how caringly she treated the child: she apologised to him for causing pain, and the child immediately stopped crying. Now I will only come here.

I came to this branch with an electronic referral from a doctor, but they refused to give me a drip.
Disliked
The branch is awful. They insist on a referral from a doctor with a stamp, even though everything is now available electronically. At other branches, if you have an electronic referral, they always give a drip without any problems. It's a madhouse. The staff at this branch act as if every gopher in the field is an agronomist.

My husband and I have just been to Invitro on Kabanbay batyr. A friendly girl at the reception registered us quickly, and she also reminded us about the bonuses. A nurse took my blood — also very nice, everything went quickly and without pain.
