The appointment with the doctor was accompanied by birthday greetings: I was sent SMS twice about a 2,000 t discount for my birthday.
Disliked
The discount at the laboratory on Abaya Pravdy was not confirmed, and then it is unclear why they even sent the SMS, since I hadn't asked for anything. Before that, they deliberately dragged out the bonuses for six months so that they would expire. I would not advise anyone to work with you.

Until today I had no complaints about this laboratory. I arrived at 10:30 in the morning at Dostyk 248. I had checked in advance until what time tests are accepted, and I was told until 11.
Disliked
At 10:30 the nurse did not accept me. She is the receptionist, she is the nurse, she is the laboratory director — she decides herself who to serve and who not. The attitude towards the client is terrible. I ask the Invitro management to take this into consideration.
