I was at the laboratory on 26 May, a laboratory technician attended to me.

I liked everything very much: the laboratory is excellent, I recommend it to everyone. The laboratory technician did everything correctly, took the blood without pain, found the vein straight away and showed that it was exactly my full name on the tube. Overall the service is very good.

I would like to note the professionalism of the staff at this branch. I especially liked the nurse named Ramilya — she took the blood from the vein so imperceptibly and painlessly that it was a real pleasure. If you are having blood taken from a vein, then only go to Ramilya. Thank you!

A result came back that turned out to be a false positive, and because of it I could not fly out. My tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The next day I took a swab, it was negative, but the red status was not removed because of this, and it has been in place for 2 weeks.
Disliked
Very upset: the false positive result ruined my flight, the tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, and a negative swab the next day does not remove the red status for 2 weeks.

I needed to take a PCR test to travel to another country, and I waited for half an hour.
Disliked
The employee does not know which tests are done in your laboratory: he kept running around and distracting the girl who was taking the tests. The clients themselves had to prove to him that such a test exists and that there are special offers on your website.
