I came for an appointment, but their system wasn't working, and I had to wait a whole hour. The tests were promised in 3 days, but almost a week passed.
Disliked
Because the system wasn't working, I lost a whole hour waiting. The test results that were promised in 3 days didn't come for almost a week. If I hadn't called myself and started finding out, I think they wouldn't have sent me the rest of the results at all. A lot of messing about.

I had tests done — a scraping and a swab — in three different laboratories.
Disliked
The results in the three laboratories turned out different, and I don't understand who to believe. It seems to me it all depends on how the biomaterial was taken. I spent 40,000, and the results are different. And who am I supposed to believe now?
