I came with my child to have blood taken, although on Saturday I was told that they work until 12. I came at 11.25, but they did not take me, they said the working day was over. In the end, we could not have the child's blood taken, and I came for nothing.

Then I went to invovo — a good clinic, everything is convenient and civilised, and the child was given a balloon.
Disliked
That clinic has one member of staff — he is both the cashier, the cleaner and the male nurse. Because of this I came for nothing, and the child could not have blood taken, although on Saturday they said they work until 12, and at 11.25 they did not take me, saying the working day was over.

I had to wait a long time for service: three tests and two PCR tests were being processed at the desk for a whole 30 minutes. The cashier, the registration manager and the nurse who takes blood are all one person, I have never seen anything like that before. In the end, they could not take blood from the child because they could not find a vein.
Disliked
Very long service, no terminal for cashless payment. One person performs several roles at once — both cashier, and registration manager, and blood collection nurse. Because of this, they could not take blood from the child, they could not find a vein. Time was wasted for nothing.
