I called the home service and asked the operator to do several types of tests and send an experienced nurse. In the morning a male nurse called me and asked whether I had a PCR test, even though I had dictated the whole list to her beforehand.
Disliked
Calling the home service is not worth it: the operator didn't take into account that I had dictated the list of tests, and sent a male nurse who keeps asking about the PCR test, even though everything had already been said.
