My daughter and I came to the laboratory, the child had blood taken from a finger — quickly and painlessly. My daughter had been preparing herself in advance that it would hurt, and after the procedure she was very happy.

Most of all, what matters to me is that my daughter wasn't scared and will go again next time, already knowing what this procedure is like. Thank you, Aizhan — she found a common language with the child and distracted her during the blood draw.

I had blood taken at Invitro, and the nurse Aizhan attended to me. I often faint when blood is taken, so I always warn the medical staff about this in advance.

Aizhan turned out to be very kind and attentive. For the first time in my life I was offered to have blood taken lying down — specifically at Invitro. She approached my situation competently: she opened the window in advance, prepared some water, and during the procedure she distracted me with conversation. Thanks to Aizhan, for the first time I got through a blood draw with positive emotions and feeling well. This shows that Invitro provides quality service!

My son is 2 years old, he needed to have a test done. At one laboratory they pricked him 3 times and couldn't find a vein.

But here the nurse Aizhan found the vein straight away on the first try! And they gave him a balloon! A small thing, but nice.

I went to this branch, the appointment took place there.
Disliked
The branch is terrible. The nurse is incompetent: she couldn't take blood from the child's vein, she pricked her all over and sent us away. I wouldn't advise going there.

I was having drips set up, and the nurse missed the vein twice. Another nurse from a different treatment room said that this girl injected in completely the wrong place, and that there are no veins where she made the puncture.

Otherwise, the place is very good: it's sterile and clean there, the staff are very polite.
Disliked
I won't come again, because I don't want to walk around afterwards with bruises and blown veins.
