I go to the treatment point where Asya works, although there are many other such points near my home. I go here specifically for her hands.

I want to thank Asya for her professionalism — she is a virtuoso of her craft, with golden skilled hands. She is a girl, a seemingly fragile creature, but so attentive and responsible towards all the visitors of the point that others should learn from her this attitude to people and to work. She is alone at the point and manages to do everything. Asya puts in a drip — it is something else. Thank you, little fairy!

I came to this branch for an appointment and found that one person there does everything at once: she is both the nurse and sits at reception, and, as I understand it, she also does the cleaning, because the person who cleans is not to be seen at all. I hope at least the sanitary conditions are maintained.

This branch is simply awful. One person is a jack of all trades: she is the nurse, she is at reception, and the person who cleans is not to be seen at all, so I suppose she does that too. When you arrive — zero people in the queue, yet you wait half an hour! And if there is at least one person ahead of you, then it is already an hour! Several patients left in front of me because they could not wait.
