This month, on the 16th, I came to have tests for herpes zoster. The employee who works there said that it has a second name and that it is the same thing.

Later, from my doctor, I found out that I had had a completely different test — for chickenpox. Because of this, I lost a lot of time and money for an unnecessary test.

I came for an appointment, having contacted them the day before and clarified everything: I was told that the laboratory opens at 7.00 and that one should come on an empty stomach. I waited for it to open with the children from 7.00 to 7.30, but never did.

The working hours do not correspond to what is stated. It was mockery. The attitude of the employees to their work is terrible. I believe that first of all it is necessary to sort out the staff before posting the working hours of your laboratories. Rating 0.

First my husband and I came to have a PCR test, and I was surprised that I was asked about nose injuries and whether I was bothered by nosebleeds — no clinic had ever asked that before. Then I went there to have tests done for myself and my son.

I am very pleased with the employees — Zukhra and Bek. Zukhra took my blood, I liked how she found an approach to my son and quickly took the blood. She also gave my son injections, and after them there were neither lumps nor bruises. Bek also took blood from me and my son — a very light hand, I did not even feel him take it. Overall, I liked everything very much.

The only downside is that the next day after Bek took the blood, there was a small bruise.

The appointment was on 2 November 2021, and I had the procedure done in the treatment room.

A young man works in the treatment room, and something needs to be done about him: either dismiss him or send him for further training, because he has ruptured everyone's veins. It feels as if he has forgotten or simply does not know how to insert the needle correctly.

I had tests done at this place twice.

The service turned out to be top-level, and the prices are no higher than in other laboratories. Everything is processed quickly, the nurses are friendly and attentive, in my presence they dispose of needles, vials and collection swabs, they show and explain everything to me, the sticker with the name and barcode is applied in front of my eyes. The impression left was very pleasant.

I had to go to the treatment room, and this experience disappointed me.
Disliked
The staff do not know how to give injections in the abdomen and do not know how to handle the medication. They tried to administer the medicine with an empty syringe, they did not insert the needle. They almost threw away the expensive leftovers of the medication. It would have been easier to give myself the injections at home than to go to this department.
