We turned to Dinara Saitovna after we had spent several weeks under the lamp and taken Ursosan, but the district paediatricians could not cure the jaundice, there was no effect, and then bronchopneumonia started as well. The doctor immediately ordered tests and identified the cause, we completed the treatment, and now everything is fine. Now we are under her care.

I have been taking the child to a development class in this district for a week; we took him out of nursery because of frequent illnesses. And then he fell ill again, and I decided to go with him to an appointment with this paediatrician. In three days we will go for a follow-up examination; I will take the outpatient card and test results with me.

The paediatrician's approach surprised me: she doesn't prescribe antibiotics or antivirals just like that, without tests. The doctor quickly found an approach to the child, examined him calmly and explained everything to me in detail. I was very worried, and previously doctors never explained anything to me properly.

I called this doctor out to the house for a child who had a high temperature. The doctor made a diagnosis and prescribed antibiotics. After three days the temperature came down, but a rash appeared on the body.
Disliked
I believe the doctor is completely incompetent: the diagnosis was made incorrectly, and because of this the child was given antibiotics for no reason at all. In fact it was ordinary roseola, which is treated without antibiotics too. I regret that because of her I stuffed the child with antibiotics.

I was told to come earlier, but the doctor went off somewhere, didn't answer calls, and then blocked me altogether.
Disliked
The attitude towards patients is terrible. She is considered a professional, but for 6000 she prescribed protargol and that was it. I don't recommend her anymore.

We have been seeing Dinara Saitovna since 2010, she is our family paediatrician. Once our whole family went on holiday to Georgia and there we all caught an enterovirus. Dinara Saitovna was not there with us, but she helped find a nurse in Georgia and gave instructions by phone, because we had no insurance.

Dinara Saitovna never prescribes anything unnecessary and has never once prescribed us an antibiotic. She is a very good doctor, and I will be grateful to her all my life.

I have known Dinara Saitovna for a long time — she looked after the children of my friends. When I gave birth to my first child, there was no question of looking for a good doctor.

This is the best doctor, a doctor from God. She will never prescribe anything unnecessary, she is always in touch. I really recommend her to everyone as a competent specialist.
