Once I ended up in the day hospital with a woman named Saule, and she gave me injections and drips.
Liked
She gives injections and drips very well, she has a light hand. Thanks to such healthcare workers there is nothing to fear — that they will miss the vein or set up the drip crookedly. If needed, our whole family goes there. Now only to her.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, but the doctor himself is not there, and we are not being seen.

We have been sitting and waiting for 40 minutes already, and it is already 10 in the morning — this is simply outrageous.

The appointment took place, and I encountered the fact that for people with limited mobility everything is arranged extremely inconveniently: there are steps everywhere, and there are no proper ramps. The day hospital is now on the second floor, but there is no lift or lifting mechanism for people with limited mobility there. Previously the day hospital was on the first floor, and now a dirty zone has been placed on the first floor. It is unclear why they did it this way — after all, the dirty zone could have been placed on the second floor. There are no access roads either, and it is unclear how and where people with limited mobility in wheelchairs should be dropped off.

Everything is terrible. If paid services are provided so poorly, then it is frightening to imagine how things stand with free medical care.
