I had tests done, but I could not download them from my personal account. I asked for them to be sent by email — I was told that no email was on file.
Disliked
Terrible. If they do not ask for your email at registration, why does the girl not clarify it then? How am I supposed to go to the doctor now? They could have guessed that I am not asking for my test results for no reason. I will never set foot in this laboratory again.

We came twice with my daughter to have blood taken. As soon as she realises that we are going to the laboratory, she immediately starts crying loudly and struggling.

The nurses did a great job both times, they took the sample professionally, despite the fact that my little girl was restless.

I was planning to come on Sunday, I went by the schedule on 2gis.

On 2gis it says that on Sunday they work from 8 to 13, but there is a notice on the door saying that Sunday is a day off. So people are being misled.
