This is not the first time I have come to this laboratory on Kuate Tauelsizdik 10, next to the old tsonam. We come with a referral, and at reception the girl always takes money for the collection of the test. Today we stood for a whole hour, she could not register us for the test, she even connected her doctors, and still they could not register us. The child is 1 year 6 months old, and she gives inaccurate information. On the same day there was another case: they had no paper for issuing results, an American woman came, and she told her to buy paper in order to issue the result, because they had no paper, even though she had paid for the tests. And her colleague herself said that she is irresponsible about her work. Because of her mistake we went to take the test a second time, and she still has not registered us, although we could have already had the tests taken, and by the 7th we urgently need them.

I am very unhappy with the work of the girl at reception, Aigerim. She takes money for collecting the test, even though we come with a referral. She gives inaccurate information, she was unable to register us, and we stood there for a whole hour. Because of her mistake we went to take the test a second time, and she still has not registered us, even though we need it urgently. Also, that day there was no paper for issuing results, and she told an American woman to buy paper, even though she had paid for her tests. Her colleague said that she is irresponsible towards her work.
