The appointment went well: I am always greeted politely, everything is calmly calculated for each item, although there can sometimes be many tests, and they try to take blood carefully.

I liked the polite attitude, the calm and accurate calculation for each item, the careful blood collection, and also that the prices are better than in other places. I want to say thank you for your work — receiving people every day is not an easy job, especially when it comes to health.

On Saturday I had tests done. 3 days have passed, and there are still no results. I called the contact centre, there they ask me to wait and don't know where the biomaterials were taken and where they are being analysed.
Disliked
I don't understand why the clinic works at weekends if it can't prepare the results the same day. And to get a refund, you have to wait 15 working days.

I came to have a complete blood count done. At the cash desk I asked whether there were discounts for people with disabilities — they said yes. I gave my disability certificate, and they issued me a receipt supposedly with a discount.

So where is the discount itself? Blood collection 540 plus complete blood count 1260 — in total 1800 tg. A complete scam. I will never go to you again! It's a matter of principle! Where did the 2000 come from?

We ourselves were in a hurry for an appointment with the doctor and asked to be seen faster, but in the end we waited half an hour for the test result to be printed — they said the printer was working badly. Because of this we were half an hour late for the doctor we had an appointment with.

I tried to call the clinic, but I just couldn't get through.

I listened to the answering machine for a whole 8 minutes and still couldn't get through! They could have done it properly so that people can call and find out what they need, instead of listening to this useless nonsense! Why is there even an operator sitting there if you can't get through to them!?

In the morning I had a test done, and already after lunch the result was ready. It happened quickly.

I was pleased by the speed of getting the result. Inside it's clean, there is payment by QR. Tests are done quickly, fast.
Disliked
I read the reviews and now I doubt their reliability. I hope they are accurate, because further treatment depends on them. The only thing is the lockers where you have to leave your clothes have no keys, you just leave your clothes and that's it. But that's not scary, since tests are done quickly, fast.
