Many thanks to the girls! The girl at the second till advised the hormonal panel on special offer, thanks to her I saved money. I spent a whole week calling the laboratory to find out about the bacterial culture test. I was given conflicting information: sometimes they said such a test existed, sometimes they claimed it did not. In the end it turned out that it does exist. I asked in advance whether I could take a test tube, go to my doctor to collect the sample and bring it back to the laboratory (Olimp), and I was told yes. Yesterday we arrived at the branch on Shevchenko (that is what the girl from the call centre advised). I went up to get the test tube, but the girl at reception did not understand what I needed, went off somewhere, and then said: "We do not have any test tubes, you can take a urine cup." If I had needed a cup, I would have taken one long ago, but we had travelled from the other end of the city specifically for a TEST TUBE. Invitro is nearby, I called them, found out everything, they organised everything quickly, we drove over and got it all done.

I came to the laboratory on Shevchenko on Sunday morning to have a bacterial culture test for dysbiosis, as the website stated that this test is accepted at weekends from 08:00 to 13:00.
Disliked
The laboratory was not working on Sunday, although the website states that bacterial culture testing for dysbiosis is accepted at weekends from 08:00 to 13:00. I had to come specially early in the morning on a day off just to have this particular test done, and now I will have to come again from the other end of the city, because this test is only accepted on Shevchenko. The information on the website needs to be updated in a timely manner, because people plan, spend time and travel.
