The service was excellent, especially from the nurse Gulmira — she is very pleasant, polite and responsive. Everything was quick, without any fuss. I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews, I liked everything. A separate thank you to the nurse Gulmira!

The appointment with the doctor took a very long time, the service left a terrible impression.

I did not like that one person simultaneously sits at the cash desk and takes tests. Such an attitude towards patients is outrageous.

I came to have a biochemical blood test — pancreatic amylase. I was told that a stool sample was needed, but I hadn't brought one because I thought it was taken from blood. I somehow managed to collect a stool sample and brought it, but by then a different nurse was sitting at reception and she says that pancreatic amylase is a blood test, not a stool test. I'm confused. I had to do an expensive stool test, and I don't even know whether I needed it or not.
Disliked
The staff give different information. One nurse said one thing, another — something completely different, and I got confused. In the end I had to do an expensive stool test, the necessity of which I am not sure about.
