I came to have a PCR test, and the result turned out to be positive — as it turned out, I had COVID.

The staff are very kind and responsive, overall the laboratory is good.
Disliked
With a large influx of people, only one till was open, although a girl was sitting at the second one. Because of the queue and slow service, people did not keep their distance, and I worry that I might have infected them.

I came for the result of a PCR test, and the name in the document is misspelt.

The mistake in the name was never corrected, even though these are documents. The work of the staff is very poor — I will never go to them again.

This morning I had an appointment with the endocrinologist Baibosynova Anar Manenovna.
Liked
The doctor listened to me very attentively and clarified all the details in depth. I am sure that after all the tests are received there will be a qualified approach to solving the problem. The service is also up to standard: the premises are spacious and convenient, the reception staff are friendly, they explain everything and escort you to the consulting room. I recommend it.
