    I had the chance to attend an appointment with the doctor Kraynova.

    Disliked

    Doctor Kraynova made a terrible impression on me: she is rude, very rude and twitchy. It is noticeable that she has not undergone training for a long time — I do not mean the professional development that medical workers undergo, but specifically new knowledge in the field of medicine. She works according to old templates, and one gets the impression that she does not care about patients by and large.

    I was urgently admitted to hospital at the weekend. Treatment was prescribed immediately, and within half a day the previous pains and problems were forgotten.

    I would like to express my huge gratitude to this medical centre. Many thanks to all the staff and doctors. The care is impeccable: they constantly come in and ask how I am, everything around is spotlessly clean. Food is brought 4 times a day, there is both a first and a second course, everything is very tasty, the portions are large, they are not stingy with the food. The junior staff are very polite, treat you with respect, do their work excellently and carefully. The doctors speak with warm words and compassion, as if they were their own children. The ward has a comfortable Gatca bed, a TV, a shower, air conditioning, bedside tables and overbed tables, a kettle, tea, sugar, water — everything included. For such a sum I was simply amazed, because in other hospitals that charge 200 thousand for 3 days, many of the things here are not available. You have won our hearts, now we know where we will go first!
