This is the place where I take my child, and I like it most of all.

The food there is tasty, the carers are kind, the atmosphere is always friendly. They take a creative approach to teaching the children, and my daughter is delighted every time she goes there. I miss it.

We have been going to this kindergarten for three years now, and it has become like home to us. I have three grandchildren born a year apart, and they cannot spend a day without it. There is a shuttle service, which we also use.

The teachers are wonderful. They constantly tell us what the children did and what they ate. The children are entertained with various quests that test their knowledge of English — thanks to Miss Kristina for that. In the older group, a professional teacher, Raushan Tukenovna, works; she immediately prepares the children for school. My older granddaughter will go to school straight from the kindergarten this year: she can already write, read and count. Thank you, Raushan Tukenovna! We feel calm about our children and recommend this kindergarten to everyone.

We have been taking our child to this kindergarten since the age of one, and now we are already preparing for school.

We like everything: both the teachers, and the nannies, and the club leaders — all wonderful, everything at the highest level. It is especially pleasing that English classes have been held for several years now, and almost every week interesting quests are organised for the children, where the material covered is reinforced in a playful way. We really like the teacher's creative approach. It is also clear that the administration supports all the initiatives of its staff. Thank you to the kindergarten for its work!

I took my child to this nursery, but after a month I took him out of there.
Disliked
I would rate the nursery as a three: they don't teach the children there, everything is just for reporting to the parents and for Instagram — they quickly send a video showing that such-and-such a lesson took place. They treat the children selectively, and I really didn't like that. Especially the English teacher — she conducts her lessons any old way. My child came home hungry every day. I don't recommend it.

The carers here are very good and competent, and the classes with the children are always interesting. For me as a parent, the most important thing is that the management is very attentive to the children; you can feel a great love for what they do and a cosy, homely atmosphere.

This is not a review about a doctor's appointment, but about a kindergarten: I encountered inflated prices, a small territory with a large number of children, no cameras and poor food — the child came home hungry every day and ate for the whole day at home. There is a shuttle service, but it is paid for separately and often breaks down, and no one refunds the money for it. The administrator Zulfiya, when enrolling, did not mention the conditions for recalculation for absences, and when I left, they calculated pennies for me — 600 tg per day instead of 4000 tg, and the shuttle service is not included in this and nothing is refunded for it at all. I had to fight for the recalculation like a debt collector: they did not give it back for a month, and they gave a maximum of 2-3 days to pay for the kindergarten.

I disliked everything: the cost is greatly inflated, the kindergarten grounds are small while there are many children, which makes the risk of illness extremely high. There are no cameras — I consider this a drawback. The food is poor: the child came home hungry every day and ate at home for the whole day. The school run is paid for separately, it often breaks down, and the money is not refunded for this. The administrator Zulfiya, at admission, kept silent about the recalculation terms for absences; in the end, upon leaving, they calculated pennies — 600 tg per day instead of 4000 tg, and the school run is not included in this, nothing at all is refunded for it. My son went to this kindergarten, and now he has started school with a good stock of knowledge — he reads well and writes beautifully. My daughter also goes here.

The kindergarten is wonderful, I recommend it to everyone. I am very grateful to Raushan Tukanovna for preparing my son. The food is tasty and varied, my daughter especially loves manti, and they also bake buns together. Dariya Vladimirovna teaches drawing every week, and real masterpieces come out. Thanks to Asel Sabyrkhanovna for always being in touch and answering any question at any time. An excellent team — that is your achievement.

We started going to this kindergarten in October 2019, to the Bait al branch. When during the pandemic the kindergarten was moved to this address, we thought about changing kindergartens because the location was inconvenient for us. But the children flatly refused to go to another kindergarten.

We like everything here. The children like it very much here, and when a child is happy, the parents are calm. Thank you to Raushan Tukenovna, Asel Sabyrkhаnovna, Altynai Bolatovna, Zulfiya Ryspaevna and the whole team for your work and your affectionate attitude towards the children.
