I booked an appointment for treatment, came to the appointment, and there they first told me that nothing needed to be done. And when I came later, I was told that it needed to be treated under anaesthesia.
Disliked
The doctors are terrible. They even charge 5,000 just for a piece of paper with test results, even though I booked an appointment for treatment. I do not recommend this clinic — indeed, as many people here write, they are focused on money and nothing else.

I went to this clinic, and we had also been to two others — three in total. Here they found as many as 7 teeth with caries in one day, whereas at the other clinic — only 1. They charged five thousand for the consultation.
Disliked
The prices are unjustifiably high, the attitude is mediocre — as if you were a pauper. The doctor is not sure of anything, keeps saying "well I think", "well probably", and did not put either the child or the parent at ease at all. After a consultation costing five thousand, I have absolutely no desire to come back here. At other dental clinics, for 2500 the doctor puts the child at ease: gives a toy and turns on cartoons. But this one just keeps saying: "you will need another five thousand for this and for that".

We consulted Tanat Yelaman, and he turned out to be the best paediatric dentist. He treated all of my son's teeth. Before that we had been to another dental clinic, and there the fillings fell out within a month, and my son's teeth started to turn black.

Now I am very glad that we ended up with Yelaman Sabyrzhanovich. My son has grown fond of him and says the doctor is good. Now all of my son's teeth are clean and white. Thank you that our city has such a kind and best dentist. With gratitude, Ilkhan's mother.

We have been patients at KidsSmile for 5 years now. When my daughter had an inflamed tooth with a fistula, I first took her somewhere else, but there they only offered extraction. It is a good thing we ended up with Guzyal Akifovna — my daughter is 8 now, and she was 3 then, and the tooth was saved. Today we saw Mukadas Saidovna.

Guzyal Akifovna saved a tooth that others wanted to extract. Mukadas Saidovna is gentle and friendly, she explained everything clearly, a true professional. I am a doctor myself, so I can immediately sense when a doctor loves their work. Here they never advise anything unnecessary, everything is clear and to the point. The prices are reasonable, I understand that quality materials will not be cheap, they do not cut corners on that. All our fillings are still in place. Many thanks to the clinic, keep it up.

I consulted the doctor Dinara Takhirzhanovna, she made crowns for my child.

The work was done disgustingly, crooked and ugly. A year later those teeth broke in my child. I warned all my acquaintances not to go to this doctor, and I told this story in my blog; my followers thanked me for the review about this doctor. I do not understand why there are only positive reviews here — apparently bought.
