I underwent treatment at the Kinesio centre with Dr Rodion Fomin. I was tormented by severe pain because of an old hernia, I could neither walk nor lie down. After the first course the pain receded, I straightened up and began to walk a little on my own. After the second course the pain went away, and every day I felt better.

I completed one course of treatment for two hernias in the lumbar and sacral region, it lasted 1.5 months. After that I had a repeat MRI, and it showed that the hernias had noticeably decreased.

From my own experience, after the treatment my lower back hurts less, I can lie comfortably on my back, whereas before I could only lie on my side. It is simply happiness to live without pain! Before that I could not walk — the pain radiated into my leg, and sitting for long was also torture. All the staff are friendly and polite. The clinic is clean and sterile. And Dr Rodion is beyond all praise! I advise everyone who has suffered from back pain for many years — come to this clinic, it specialises specifically in spinal rehabilitation, hernias and the like are a piece of cake for them!
