I went in April, and then again in July. At first everything went fine, but in the end they brought me to a chronic form instead of curing me. Their own doctor examined me, prescribed treatment, they even did an X-ray at the eye hospital. We agreed that they would perform bougienage, and I was in agreement. But that same day, a couple of hours before the operation, they called me and said that I needed to pay the surgeon extra just so he would take a look. And they also sent me to the eye hospital.
Disliked
Terrible, I am simply in shock. Instead of treatment they brought me to a chronic form. Now the surgeon has to be paid just so he will look at what is already obvious. Bloodsuckers, all they need is money. I do not recommend it to anyone. We agreed on bougienage, I was in agreement, but on the day of the operation they called and demanded an extra payment to the surgeon for the examination. This is not serious. And they also sent me to the eye hospital.

We came from Baikonur specifically to this clinic and did not regret it. Our daughter was examined by the doctor Buldakov Anatoliy Merkuryevich, she underwent surgery, there was a post-operative period and rehabilitation.

I have been going to this clinic for a long time, it is small. More than half of the doctors here are constantly absent. But I still come here for the sake of one doctor — the paediatrician Maria. I have been bringing my children to her for 10 years. I brought all my nephews and the children of my friends to her, and I trust only her with my own children.

Maria is a doctor from God, it is precisely for her that I give 5*. If you have ended up with Masha, you are very lucky. She has already saved my older daughter more than once, and now the younger one is under her protection too. I am very pleased with this doctor and I would follow her to the ends of the earth. The fact that everyone waits in a queue for an hour and no one ever leaves is a great indicator of her professionalism.

The clinic is small, and however often I have been here, more than half of the doctors are absent. We also always wait for the appointment: we come by appointment, but everyone waits in a queue for an hour.

My grandmother gave this clinic her entire pension. They took 130000 from her, supposedly after an operation on the eye lens she would be able to see. Only 2 months passed, and it has only got worse.
Disliked
The doctor says that, well, he thinks so — the problem is age. You understand, he THINKS SO. And this Togdan certainly has a tongue, God gave it to her. For some people at this clinic the lens costs 45k, for others 60k, and for others 110k altogether. Outrageous.

I wanted to book an appointment with the homeopath Guzyal Kumarovna; I had dealt with homeopaths before. I described the problem and wanted to get a consultation.
Disliked
I have not encountered such a rude and unethical attitude in a long time. When a child is ill and help is badly needed, I write sincerely to the doctor with hope, and instead they start coming at me and jabbing that I should understand homeopathy, otherwise she will not work with me. If I knew all that, I would not have needed a homeopath. I am simply in shock.
