My wife came to the KRAS medical centre, paid for and received a hormonal stimulating injection, and a day earlier she had bought medicines on the recommendation of the director of this centre, Kazybayevа Aigul. My wife was supposed to come for an appointment specifically with this director.
Disliked
The director of the centre, Kazybayevа Aigul, is a terrible rude woman; she reduced my wife to tears and at the same time prescribed hormonal medicines. She shouted at my wife in front of everyone because she was talking on the phone at the reception desk. My wife asked her not to shout and said that if she had been told properly, she would have simply left. My wife also said: why shout, because soon she was supposed to come for an appointment specifically with this director. To which the director replied that she would not see my wife. Now my wife does not know what to do, she is depressed and crying.
