My aunt was recently in this hospital, in the endocrinology department.

We were especially pleased by the way the nurse Malika from the treatment room treated her — I want to say a very big thank you to her! She is very caring and attentive. She put in the drips carefully and professionally. Noticing that my aunt can barely see, she said her name every time she addressed her. If Malika saw that some help was needed, even without words, she offered it herself. A pleasant and polite girl. In our opinion, she is an example of a true medical professional. We hope that the management will value her work, and that she will continue to develop her professional skills and help people. Many thanks to the hospital, to all the doctors and nurses.

I figured out why no one answers the calls. It turned out it's all because of the call centre: they hang up right away — they pick up abruptly and immediately put the phone down again. And the employee herself is meanwhile chatting on her own phone with her friends and gossiping. Today I saw it with my own eyes.
