I completed 10 sessions with Dr Song Hyeng — I hope the name is written correctly. I came every day except Sunday, and also did exercises at home, although I could have done more, but I was lazy.
Liked
Already after the second session my face became noticeably smaller, I fall asleep faster and sit upright more easily. Before, sitting upright was hard: I felt discomfort and got tired quickly. In the summer I plan to bring my parents and go through the course myself again. I am very grateful to Dr Song Hyeng.
