Disliked
The attitude towards people here is dismissive and unprofessional — both at reception, and among the doctors, and among the management. I feel for those who are registered with this polyclinic.

The staff are very friendly. Aisulu at reception is very welcoming, she always helps and answers any questions. The doctor Margarita Konstantinovna is very good. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I came to the polyclinic, but the appointment went terribly. Yesterday I took a PCR test, they promised the result would be ready in the evening, but it is still not there.
Disliked
At the filter they did not even examine me, but in the report they wrote all sorts of nonsense as if an examination had taken place, and listed some readings. There is still no PCR result, although they said it would be ready in the evening. With help like this you could die.

I brought my girlfriend with a temperature of nearly 40 to the polyclinic. The doctor saw her, but did not even take her temperature and did not look at her throat. She prescribed a basic set of flu medications and sent her for a PCR test.

The polyclinic is terrible, the doctors are unprofessional. The doctor did not deign to take the temperature or look at the throat, just prescribed a set of flu medications and sent her for a PCR.

I went to this dental clinic, and the appointment went excellently.
Liked
The doctors there are very competent, they have everything necessary for dental health, they master all the latest technologies. The reception works wonderfully: they always reply on WhatsApp, adjust appointments, and there are discounts for regular clients. I would especially like to thank doctors Maria Valientinovna, Margarita Konstantinovna and Tatyana Valikovna — they are professionals.
