I arrived at the time I was booked for, but I had to wait an hour and a half. During the appointment, only the doctor Luiza performs the ultrasound herself, while the nurse sees patients in the chair. The prices for tests are very high, and I had to ask for them myself. When I wanted to book a follow-up appointment, they wouldn't take me.

I was not given any consultation. Even though I arrived at the time I was booked for, they kept me waiting an hour and a half. When I wanted to book a follow-up appointment, they wouldn't take me. As I understand it, for this person it's a business, about making money.

I was at an appointment with a gynaecologist, the appointment was for 15.00, and I was seen at about 15:04. Within those 5-10 minutes I was already done, even though I had both an ultrasound and a consultation. I was prescribed medications and tests.

I was seen quickly, but nothing was properly explained. Another client came in while I was still there and waited inside the consulting room. There was no explanation of what was for what, why I needed to have tests or take medication, or what was used for what. I expected a detailed answer to everything. Such behaviour on the doctor's part is unacceptable and unprofessional to me. I definitely won't come a second time.
