The appointment took place, I had cycloscopy and laser coagulation done. I also saw Anastasia Lvovna.

Denis Viktorovich performed the cycloscopy painlessly, and the laser coagulation — excellently. Anastasia Lvovna is also an excellent specialist, attentive and careful. It's better to book a week before the visit, because on the day of the appointment everything is taken.

Mum had retinal strengthening done. They charged 60,000 for one appointment. The second time they said we wouldn't have to pay, but in the end they still made us pay another 60,000.

Terribly expensive — 60,000 for one appointment. The second time they said we wouldn't have to pay, but they still made us hand over another 60,000. Mum left her entire pension there and now she's left without money.

Mum was booked in with Alferyev Denis for 28 April, and we came to the appointment on a recommendation. But she was seen by a woman who signed with his name, and we were told on the spot that a woman would be seeing her.
Disliked
The service is terrible. That woman didn't really explain anything. We are very disappointed with this clinic and I don't recommend going to them.

The doctor is a surgeon sent from God, he has golden hands. He performed the procedure quickly and painlessly. He knows how to find a common language and an approach to everyone. Super doctor and super surgeon! I definitely recommend him, you are in reliable hands!
