I came to the treatment room, warned in advance that I could only come at that time or earlier, and the nurse promised to be there from 10.00.
Disliked
At 10.00 there was no one at the workplace in the treatment room, although the nurse promised to be there from 10.00. It says that you work from 09.00, but I was let down.

The staff are friendly, the treatment room is clean. By the way, the medicines here are the same as in the central pharmacy.

I went to the treatment room on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, and the nurse Gulim gave me drips.

My veins are problematic, but the nurse did everything carefully and professionally. She is very pleasant and friendly. The room is clean. I recommend it!

Liked
The owner herself, Roza, seemed to me a knowledgeable specialist and a good person.
Disliked
The night pharmacists are simply terrible. It is better to come before 17.00, otherwise you will only waste your nerves and time. I recommend going a bit further, to Baizakova, where there are 2 pharmacies with a wide range. I strongly do not recommend this pharmacy at night.

I called the pharmacy at night, and they told me to come in half an hour. I came after 30 minutes, but again there was no one there, and I was told to wait again. I stood there for another 20 minutes, but no one ever showed up.

At midnight you cannot count on this pharmacy: there is no one there, you have to call and wait. After the call they said to come in 30 minutes, but when I arrived there was no one again, they only promised that someone would come now. In the end I stood there for another 20 minutes, and no one ever came. What a mess!
