We have been going to this centre for six months now, the child enjoys the sessions. The neurologist prescribed bioacoustic correction for us, and I found out from the internet that the centre has such a machine — we were not told about this service and it was not offered to us.
Liked
Overall I am happy: the centre is not flashy, the specialists are simple and friendly, the child enjoys going to the sessions.
Disliked
You have to wait your turn — we also waited for some time until we were put on the schedule.

My daughter was born with a diagnosis of cleft lip. Since she had not started speaking fully after the age of 3, I have been taking her to the Logodom.kz speech therapy centre for more than 1 month. We are doing BAC therapy and individual work with a speech therapist.
Liked
The change is good. She repeats what is said and names objects herself. God willing, she is ready to speak in sentences. I am infinitely grateful to Nursulu Nurtayevna and the speech therapist girls beside her.

I booked an appointment with a speech therapist; when booking, she was also recommended to me. A woman saw me, she advised me to first see a neurologist and repeated this about 5 times. In the end it turned out that she was not a speech therapist at all.
Liked
She refunded the payment, at least thanks for that.
Disliked
She concluded that my child would attend a special kindergarten with developmental delay, although she herself said that she could not make a diagnosis. It felt as if I was talking to a neighbour in the yard. After my protests, she replied that a speech therapist would not be able to work with my child because he does not sit still quietly, runs around, plays.

We came from Aktau, my daughter is 3 years 6 months old, she did not speak and did not repeat words, she only said "papa", "mama", "ae", "dade". Nursulu Nurtayevna explained what the cause was and which procedures needed to be done. After just 12 days my daughter began repeating words, her vocabulary increased, and she even started counting.

I came to the Logodom speech therapy centre from the city of Atyrau. Together with my child, I can confidently say it is Logodom No. 1 in Almaty. Nursulu Nurtayevna welcomed us and held a personal consultation, explained everything clearly, and then worked with my son. My child did not speak at all, we received BAC (bioacoustic correction), had speech therapist sessions, had logomassage, and a neuropsychologist conducted sessions.
