My appointment essentially did not take place: it seems the clinic deceived all its clients. The former employees were dismissed, and the clinic itself either moved or was liquidated.
Disliked
I am outraged that they did this to all the clients. To those who want to get their money back, I suggest we join forces and go to the police.

Irresponsible people: they took my money, but I never had a single procedure. Simply terrible! I do not know how to find them now. I want my money back.

The service is terrible: they hang up on the number provided, and via the WhatsApp link they can't find me. A shady outfit!

The appointment went by booking and on time, without delays. The rooms are clean, and parking is convenient. The cosmetologist Zhanel did painful procedures for me — cleansing, plasmolifting and PRP — very carefully, gently and without trauma. She opened all the products in front of me.

I came for a cleaning, but during the procedure the doctor started pushing other procedures on me. I refused twice, but they kept pressuring me, and in the end I agreed to a second procedure that I did not like. I complained to the accountant and the administrator, but no one reacted. They do not have a complaints book, and they do not allow access to the management. I got through to their branch in Astana, where they tried to resolve the issue. That same evening the doctor called me, displeased that I had complained, and instead of apologising she upset me a second time.

I left in tears and wasted my money. The doctor pushed other procedures, would not stop after my two refusals, and under pressure I took a second procedure that I did not like. No one reacted to my complaints to the accountant and the administrator, there is no complaints book, and they do not allow access to the management. The doctor called, displeased that I had complained, and instead of apologising she upset me a second time. The attitude is terrible, no ethics or respect for the client's problem. I definitely do not recommend it. Astana, teach your Almaty colleagues some sense!
