Real professionals work there — responsive, attentive and considerate. They always advise what is best, but at the same time they take my wishes into account. I always go there with pleasure! There they simply magically create beauty! And the location of the salon is very convenient.

I went into the hairdresser's to have my fringe trimmed by 2 cm.
Disliked
The hairdresser's is terrible: they cut my hair almost bald, it's not worth the money at all, and I wouldn't advise anyone to go there — after the haircut you will regret it.

I live next to the hairdresser's and one evening I dropped in, though I had never been there before. I only wanted to trim the ends of my hair: down to my shoulder blades they were rather thin, and not long ago I had a hair extension correction for thickening. I warned the stylist that the hair was extensions.

In the end, they didn't just trim the ends — they gave me a bob, and an uneven one at that. The length is now down to my collarbones, not even to my shoulders — I've never worn my hair that length, and it doesn't suit me. Then I went to a salon where they do hair extensions, and they were shocked at how mercilessly everything had been cut off. They told me that by the next correction the hair would no longer be suitable because it's very short — not even 20 cm. They advised me to write a complaint, considering that I had bought the hair for an expensive 50 0000, and the work itself isn't cheap either — 30 000 t.t. Dear ladies, I don't recommend it! The staff, in the person of the director, didn't even apologise for the employee's action. They don't know how to listen to the client here.

She always works neatly, quickly and with soul. I have never once regretted choosing her: she always adapts to the situation. She is a super master of sugaring and depilation! By the way, you always need to book with her several days in advance. In my case, on the contrary, if not Sandu, they always offer other masters, but I am ready to wait even a week for a comfortable service for me!

I go to the cosmetologist Sandugash, she has vast experience, and she performs the procedure as conveniently, quickly and comfortably as possible. It is not easy to get an appointment with her, sometimes the first available slot only appears after a few days. For more than a year I have also been going monthly to the master Arai for manicure and pedicure.

Sandugash knows how to perform the procedure as conveniently, quickly and comfortably as possible. Depilation is an unpleasant thing, but it is definitely not rough, you can endure 3 minutes for such a result. Arai always works neatly and attentively, agrees to any design I want and always offers tea or coffee.

It is not so easy to get an appointment with Sandugash, sometimes you have to wait several days for her first slot. If you want them to spend more time on you, it is better to go to trainee masters.

I was looking for somewhere to get a Japanese manicure, and found out that in Almaty it's not common. Through Google I found Merlin. I came and asked for it to be done with four hands — they finished in about an hour and a half, and I walked out already done.

I liked everything, I give a solid 5. The stylists were Viktoriya and another girl whose name I didn't remember. I wish you prosperity, I'll keep coming.
